BOJ Flats

This Office to Flats Conversion project involved the transformation of a commercial building into three modern residential flats. The developer, having acquired the property, recognized the need for visual enhancement to effectively market the conversion. Our team was brought in to elevate the project’s aesthetic appeal and create compelling marketing materials. Working with pre-selected materials, we developed a contemporary design concept, produced high-quality CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) renderings, and designed a professional brochure. This comprehensive approach enabled the developer to begin the sales process even before the completion of the refurbishment.
